  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most serviceable pin codes across India.

Please ensure:

  • The provided mobile number is active.

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via:

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

Customers can track their order using the tracking link provided.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

Delivery may be delayed due to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photo/video proof
